KEITH O’HARE

Hi, my name is Keith and I founded Seriously Fun Food in 2017 as I started my quest to discover and develop the skills I needed to create a life of healthy eating for me and my family.

I have spent the last 9 months researching nutrition and healthy eating. 

I wanted to share the resources and ideas I have discovered so you can develop the skills you need for a life of health eating. 

I have worked together with a Nutritional Consultant, Christine, to do this.

QUALIFICATIONS

My background is in education, and I have worked as a teacher, trainer and educational project manager in several countries including UK, USA, France, Spain, China, Taiwan and Malaysia.
I have a Masters in Digital Education (Edinburgh University, UK) and my expertise is in creating and running online courses for adults and children.
Study

LIKES 

I am from Manchester in the UK, and my wife, daughter and I all live presently in Santander, Spain.
I love cooking, yoga, languages, and sharing my learning of food and nutrition via the blog section of Seriously Fun Food.
Christine Pearson

CHRISTINE PEARSON

Hi Everyone. 

My name is Christine and I am a Nutritional Consultant. I have worked in the UK and New Zealand. I am honoured to have been asked to join “Seriously Fun Food”.

I strongly believe that what we put into our bodies defines our mental and physical well being. It also has a remarkable effect on how quickly we age. I look forward to sharing my thoughts with you.

QUALIFICATIONS

My background and qualifications are below;
  • 9 years with National Health Service (NHS) in the UK. 
  • Certificate in Nutrition and Health (Wigan University )
  • Certificate in Oral Health Education.
  • Counselling Qualifications levels 1 & 2, U.K.
Study
LIKES
I enjoy walking; Getting out in the fresh air gives me a sense of well being.
I also enjoy Pilates.  I have suffered from a bad back in the past and have found Pilates to be a great help for back problems. 
I have a  passion for food and drink !  And enjoy eating out with friends and like most people I spend a good percentage of my day wondering what I will be eating for my next meal!
