Welcome to a series of podcasts I am doing to share my learning of nutrition, food and cooking.
This series is called a “Keith Review” because I will be checking in with a new podcast every few weeks, to review what I am learning, what I am changing and how.

In this short introduction I explain what the series is all about, and why I am doing it. I share three main points.
