4. Reflection on how I feel

I feel more and more confident that I don’t want to diet (as in lose weight), 

I feel more strongly that I am becoming a believer in moderation, balance and science, whereas 6 months ago, I thought I might be start writing a Paleo diet cook book or something similar!
